Welcome to the KNPC eSourcing portal. By completing the registration form you will gain access to the site. Once within the system you will need to complete additional information so that your company may be authenticated by KNPC. This will enable your company to participate in Public opportunities. Detailed instructions on this process and the prequalification process can be found here.

• Required Documents For Local Company
  1. Requesting letter in company letterhead including contact details (Template available in the portal).
  2. Current year Chamber of Commerce and Industry Certificate.
  3. Letter “To Whom It May Concern” from Chamber of Commerce and Industry stating the company name in English language.
  4. Manpower Certificate copy to reflect the local manpower percentage from Public Authority of Manpower (Valid For One Year or 90 Days)
  5. Company Commercial License from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
  6. Signature authorization certificate approved by Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
  7. Leasing Contract or Ownership Certificate of Company Location
  8. Article of Association.
  9. Note: From Sl. No.2 to 8 to be submitted every year on or before 31st Jan. The applicable documents to be renewed with concern certificate issuing authority and submitted to KNPC with valid dates. If failed to submit, your supplier registration will be withheld until submission of valid documents.

  1. الطلب المقدم من الشركة على ورقة تحمل شعار الشركة متضمنة أرقام الاتصال (اسم المسئول، التليفون (رقم خط ارضي)، رقم فاكس، عنوان البريد الالكتروني).
  2. صورة من شهادة تسجيل غرفة تجارة وصناعة الكويت لنفس السنة.
  3. شهادة "إلى من يهمه الأمر" من غرفة تجارة وصناعة الكويت تفيد اسم الشركة باللغة الإنجليزية.
  4. شهادة من الهيئة العامة للقوى العاملة لتوضيح نسبة العمالة الوطنية (صالحة لمدة عام أو 90 يوم).
  5. رخصة الشركة التجارية من وزارة التجارة والصناعة.
  6. التفويض بالتوقيع معتمد من غرفة الصناعة والتجارة.
  7. صورة من عقد أيجار أو شهادة الملكية لمقر الشركة.
  8. عقد تأسيس شركة.
  9. ملاحظة: بالنسبة للمتطلبات المبينة أعلاه، يتم تقديم الطلبات من رقم (2) إلى (8) كل عام في أو قبل 31 يناير، تجديد المستندات المقدمة مع الجهات ذات الصلة بإصدار الشهادات ومن ثم العمل على تقديمها إلى شركة البترول الوطنية الكويتية مع تواريخ صالحة، وفي حالة عدم التقديم، سيتم حجب التسجيل لحين تقديم المستندات كاملة ومحدثة.
• Required Documents For Foreign Company
  1. Requesting letter in company letterhead including contact details (Template available in the portal).
  2. Certificate of Incorporation/ Chamber of commerce registration Certificate/ Trade License/ Article of Incorporation attested by Kuwait embassy.**If above certificate not in English, should be translated to English and attested by Kuwait embassy.
  3. Signature authorization certificate copy attested by Kuwait embassy.
