We are pleased to welcome you to the newly launched website of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and its subsidiaries "K-Tendering Portal". To achieve this, we carefully select our business partner, and aim to work with only the most qualified and reputable entities.
We have implemented a rigorous registration and Pre-Qualification process for contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure working with partners who share our commitment to excellence. All our business partners can now request for registration and prequalification through our unified registration and prequalification gateway on the K-Tendering portal. Passing the required criteria will permit our partners to conduct business with all KPC and its subsidiaries depending on the approved types of work. Pre-Qualification for some specialized types of work will remain on the current Pre-Qualification media of the concerned K-company till further notice.
By working only with pre-qualified partners, we can ensure that our operations are conducted in a safe and responsible manner, and that our products are of the highest quality. We believe that our partnerships with contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers are critical to our success. Prequalification Important Notes
By submitting the prequalification application, you understand and agree on the following:
a) The PQ Application shall be evaluated as follows:
1. Commercial Evaluation
2. Technical Evaluation
3. Financial Evaluation
4. HSE Evaluation
b) The failure to fulfil the requirements under any of the above evolution area, will lead to the rejection of your PQ application.
c) Please insure to provide all the required supporting documents as stated in the PQ application. No information and credentials will be considered without providing the related supporting documents.
d) You are requested to response on any related clarification within the time specified through the clarification facsimile/e-mail, failure of response within the time period will lead to the rejection of the PQ Application.
e) Only 2 rounds of clarifications process will be permitted during evaluation process
f) Please insure that all legal documents, certifications and Audited Financial Statements statement are considered valid, recent and not expired.
